Sellers are responsible for ensuring that proposed products meet all legal requirements and are authorized to sell in accordance with Target's terms and policies prior to listing. For the convenience of sellers, Target provides the following illustrative (non-exhaustive) guidelines for prohibited and restricted items that are not allowed for sale on Target. Target may occasionally update this guide as needed. Sellers are requested to visit this page regularly for relevant updates.

1 Violation of Target’s Terms of Service

Violations of this Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy may subject sellers to a range of adverse actions, including but not limited to any or all of the following:

- Delete a list or message

- Restrict account permissions

- Suspension and termination of accounts

- Freeze account funds, or directly debit account funds to cover Target losses if necessary

- Legal action

2 List of prohibited and restricted goods (will be updated from time to time, for details, please refer to the list of prohibited and restricted goods, logistics guide, etc. published on the Target platform)

(1) Imitation guns, military and police supplies, and dangerous weapons:

1. Firearms, ammunition, weapons and imitations;

2. Control devices that may cause others to temporarily lose their ability to resist and cause serious bodily harm to others;

3. Firearms, ammunition, arms-related equipment, accessories, ancillary products, imitation and derivative handicrafts, etc.;

4. Controlled knives, crossbow accessories, throwing sticks, darts, axes, blow darts, bloodletting trough knives, etc. that may be used to endanger the personal safety of others, as well as electric shocks used for personal defense;

5. Self-defense equipment, sprayers, liquid sprayers and other equipment and facilities that may cause harm to the human body;

6. Police and military uniforms, signs, equipment and products;

7. Products or information related to religion, racial discrimination or anti-religious beliefs.

(2) Flammable, explosive and toxic chemicals and drugs:

1. Inflammable and explosive items;

2. Highly toxic chemicals;

3. Drugs, pharmaceutical raw materials, poison-making chemicals, and addictive drugs;

4. Fireworks and firecrackers;

5. Hazardous chemicals prohibited from sale in national or regional catalogs;

6. Drug-taking tools and accessories;

7. Introduce relevant tutorials and books on the production of flammable and explosive products.

(3) Destructive information that endangers national security, political and social stability, etc.:

1. Contain reactionary forces, undermine national unity, undermine sovereignty and territorial integrity, undermine social stability, involve state secrets, disrupt social order, promote terrorism and extremism, incite ethnic hatred, undermine ethnic unity, promote cults and superstitions, promote religion and Other information on racial discrimination, or books, audio-visual products, videos, documents prohibited from publication by laws and regulations, books that have been eliminated or stopped being sold by the state, etc.;

4. Stamps prohibited by the state and stamps produced without the approval of the postal industry management department, as well as stamps issued after 1949 with the words "Republic of China";

(4) Pornographic and vulgar aphrodisiac products:

(5) Products or services involving personal security and privacy:

2. Equipment used for illegal filming, recording, evidence collection, etc.;

4. Software, tools, tutorials and products that steal or crack account passwords;

5. Personal privacy information and internal company data; provide personal mobile phone positioning, phone list inquiry, bank account inquiry and other services;

6. Sell, transfer, and recycle bank cards that have been invalidated or used for payment purposes;

7. Car seat belt buckles and other auto parts products that have potential traffic safety hazards.

(6) Drugs and medical devices:

(7) Illegal services and tickets:

Products for this campaign are prohibited and restricted products. For products that require special business licenses, sellers should provide relevant supporting documents to Target in advance. At the same time, the review of the buyer's purchasing qualifications is the responsibility of the seller, and Target does not assume any responsibility or liability for this.

If you see a listing that violates Target policies, please report it to Target by clicking the "Report this product" or "Report this user" button in the drop-down menu on the product or user page. If a policy violation occurs, Target will send sellers an email, system message, and push notification to notify them that the item has been removed from the Target website. Target will also send push notifications to buyers listing products. You should ensure that your phone is set up to receive push notifications in a timely manner.
