1. Return/Refund Application According to the terms and conditions of this refund and return policy and the Terms of Service, before Target expires, buyers may apply for return and/or refund within the warranty period stipulated in the Terms of Service. Target Guarantee is a service provided by Target at the request of users to assist users in dealing with certain conflicts that may arise during transactions. Users can communicate with each other privately to resolve differences or contact local authorities to help them resolve any disputes before, during or after using Target.








2. Return Application Buyers can only apply for refunds and/or returns under the following circumstances:








• The buyer has not received the item;








• Goods delivered are defective and/or damaged;








• Items delivered by the Seller to the Buyer do not conform to the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.);








• The items delivered to Buyer differ materially from the description provided by Seller in the item listing; or








• Based on a private agreement with the seller, the seller must send his/her confirmation to Target to confirm the agreement.
















Buyer's application must be submitted through the Target mobile app.








Please note that if required by Target, the buyer must ship the item to a Target designated location within ten (10) calendar days of the return request.








Target will approve your refund and return request at its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Target's decisions are final, conclusive and binding and undertakes and agrees not to initiate any litigation or otherwise assert any claim against Target or its affiliates with respect to such decisions.








If the buyer initiates legal action against the seller, the buyer can provide Target with formal notice from the relevant authorities requiring Target to continue to hold the purchase funds until a formal decision is obtained. Target will determine in its sole discretion whether it is necessary to continue to hold funds for such purchases.








3. Rights of preferred seller








If you are a Preferred Seller, you should receive separate written notification from Target that you have elected to participate in the Target Preferred Seller Program. If at any time you decide not to participate in the Target Preferred Seller Program, please notify Target in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have elected to remain in the Target Preferred Seller Program and to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund and Return Policy. Target may suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the Target Preferred Seller program at any time in its sole discretion.








Target's decision to approve a refund or return pursuant to Section 2 above shall be binding on the relevant Preferred Seller. Preferred Sellers agree to comply with and take all necessary steps to fulfill refund or return requests from Target-approved buyers.








For any refund or return request approved by Target, Target will notify the Preferred Seller via email ("Email Notification") and send the relevant returned item in writing to the address provided to Target by the relevant Preferred Seller to complete the refund. and return procedures, as long as the address is located in the country where the goods are sold on the Website ("Local Address"). If a Preferred Seller fails to provide a local address for a returned item or fails to accept delivery of a returned item within a reasonable time (as determined by Target), Target reserves the right to dispose of such items in any manner it sees fit and preferred. Seller shall be deemed to have waived all rights in such items. If a Returned Item is not received by the Preferred Seller, the Preferred Seller must notify Target within seven (7) days of receipt of the email notification (the "Notification Period"). Failure to notify Target within the notice period will be dispositive and result in the Preferred Seller accepting that the item has been delivered and the Preferred Seller agrees not to assert any claim or dispute regarding any such item.








Notwithstanding the foregoing, items approved for refund or return in Target's sole discretion may not be returned to the Preferred Seller, and the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the item.








For any refund or return that Target refuses after receipt of the relevant item, Target will arrange for delivery of the item to the relevant buyer's address in accordance with clause 2 above.








If Target approves any refund or return request, the Preferred Seller may appeal the decision by contacting Target and providing evidence to support the appeal. If Target upholds the preferred seller's appeal, it will pay all or part of the purchase price to the preferred seller. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that Target's decisions are final, conclusive and binding and undertakes and agrees not to litigate or otherwise assert any claim against Target or its affiliates with respect to such decisions.








4. Rights of ordinary sellers








For the purposes of this refund and return policy, a regular seller is a seller who is not a marketplace seller or preferred seller.








Target will notify the seller in writing when Target receives a return and/or refund request from a buyer. Seller may respond to Buyer's request by following the steps provided by Target in written notice. Seller must respond within the time frame specified in the written notice (the “Prescribed Period”). If Target does not receive a response from the seller within the specified period, Target will assume that the seller has not responded to the buyer's application and will continue to evaluate the buyer's application without further notice to the seller. Target will review each seller's response on a case-by-case basis and determine in its sole discretion whether the buyer's application is likely to be successful based on the circumstances described by the seller.








5. Return conditions








In order to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning, buyers should ensure that the item, including any free items such as accessories that come with the item, must be returned to the seller in the same condition that the buyer received it at the time of delivery. 6. Responsibility for product return shipping costs i) If the seller makes an unforeseen error (i.e. - damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered product to the buyer), the seller will be responsible for the buyer's return shipping costs. (If the buyer changes his mind, he must obtain the seller's consent before requesting a return. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.) If the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, Target will decide on its own who is responsible for the return shipping costs.








7. Refund buyers can only receive a refund after Target receives confirmation from the seller that the returned item has been received. If Target does not receive a response from the Seller within the specified time, Target reserves the right to refund the applicable amount to the Buyer without further notice to the Seller. Refunds will be made to the buyer's credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.








8. Communication between buyers and sellers








Target encourages users to communicate with each other if there is a problem with a transaction. Because Target is a platform for users to transact, buyers should contact sellers directly to resolve any issues related to their purchased items.
